The “Yoga at Home” Box is packed full of high-quality items your child can use at home. These will include yoga props, activities, games, & stories as well as items to calm down, de-stress, and relax. Also included in the subscription are FOUR virtual classes with DownPup Yoga.

The “Yoga at Home” Subscription includes a Yoga Box packed full of high-quality items, as well as Virtual Classes!

Yoga Box Includes:
*Breathing & mindfulness items (such as pinwheel, slinky, hoberman sphere, breathing buddy) with ideas for how to use
*At least one themed, age-appropriate craft with all supplies and instructions
*Yoga and movement games, with materials and instructions
*Items and activities to help calm and de-stress (journals, mandalas, gratitude practices)
*Coloring pages, activity sheets, journaling – age-appropriate activities that your child can do independently!
*Laminated pose/breathing/activity cards

Virtual Classes Included (4 total):
*A live Zoom Kick-Off class monthly! **Scheduled on the first Wednesday of each month from 5:00-5:45pm (recorded and link sent if your child cannot attend.)
*TWO recorded full length (20-30 minute) classes designed for your child’s age group **Link emailed first week of the month
*One recorded themed book/poem reading & activity or discussion **Link emailed first week of the month
